Yes. We welcome emotional support animals with a current doctor's note confirming the need for the animal, and that documentation must be recertified every year. Because an ESA is not considered a pet under fair housing rules, there's no pet fee for a qualified ESA.

Move-in costs vary by property. In general, you'll pay a security deposit plus your first month's rent, prorated based on your move-in date. Security deposits typically run around $950 to $1,100 depending on the home. On some properties, qualified applicants can split the deposit into monthly payments through a third-party service.
