Home is one of life's essentials, and we treat it that way.
My wife and I both come from humble means, and we know how much a quality home matters. Everything from how your kids feel about themselves, and how that shapes their grades and the friends they keep, to an older adult who needs a quiet place to grow old, comes back to that basic need: a safe and nurturing home.
We try to live those ideals out personally and professionally. We live in the same area where we have our partner-family homes. We are not remote or hands-off investors. We work directly with our managers and contractors to keep up the quality we expect. If you are out in the yard and we drive by, there’s a good chance you will get to meet us.
Personally, we have eight children in our blended family and have been married for 25 years. We are active in our faith expression and hope that every interaction with our tenants and our business partners reflect that. Thank you for considering partnering with us.

A home is more than just a place to live—it is the foundation where people build stability, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Safe, nurturing homes give children the security they need to grow and allow families to thrive without fear or uncertainty.
Through my work in property management and my experiences as a wife and mother, I have seen how deeply a person’s living environment can affect their well-being. That is why I am passionate about helping create homes where people are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. To me, providing a safe and caring home is not simply about meeting someone’s physical needs; it is about giving them a place where they can feel protected, encouraged, and truly at home.

I look for good people doing good things, and I try to give my time and skills to businesses genuinely trying to make a difference in people's lives. That's what drew me to TJM, a company I've known well for years through a long friendship with the owners. The care this team puts into the families in their homes is real, and it's the kind of mission I want to stand behind.
I'm the designer behind TJM's website, and I run Sand Ruby Studio, a creative studio where I build websites and paint murals for brands and businesses that want their work to mean something.
